Fine Art: Road Trip 2

Less common things seem more appealing to the eye while common things seem to be overlooked. When traveling in a familiar area I notice less of my surroundings than traveling to a new place. Everyone seems to take for granted the things closest to them, this also goes for scenic views.
While traveling 50 miles once a week in my home state I realized I had been noticing the beauty of the area around me less. The portentous mountain peaks were still there, but the more I traveled, the less I peered up at their majestic view. During my travels out of state I found the scenery appealing, it was unknown, almost mysterious. In these photo's I illustrate the beauty we see often is no less inspiring than that of the beauty we rarely see.
